APPETITE CONTROL - NO HUNGER FOR SUCCESS!
Whenever you’re hungry you’re at risk of overeating. That's why you need to be committed to "killing" hunger. The way to do that on the Down-Size-Me Diet is to drown any increase in appetite in a flood of LEAN95 or DSM750 or EASY SHAKE. WATER AN HOUR AFTER
Another useful way of dealing with hunger is to drink a full glass of water an hour after a meal replacement shake. This can prolong the appetite suppression on days when hunger seems to be a bit more of a problem. This simple strategy is variably successful but bearing in mind how easy it is - it's definitely worth giving a shot!
Have a shake before you enter the store. Also - take a list of exactly what you need. Not being hungry and knowing exactly what you are there to buy will help you steer clear of impulse buys that sabotage your weight loss efforts.
EATING OUT – RESTAURANT PLANNING
A good thing to do in a restaurant is to “order once to eat twice.” In other words, have your shake and then only half of what you ordered. Take the other half home or to the office to have a separate meal. Other good ways of handling restaurants are to only order a starter or to share a meal with somebody else.
AIM FOR 6-12 MEAL REPLACEMENTS A WEEK
Great weight loss is ordinarily the result of eating 20-50% less than what caused the weight gain in the first place. A simple way of measuring this out is to replace / reduce weekly eating to the tune of 6-12 meals. This means planning your week with meal replacements / shrunk meals / fasts in a way that has you hitting this goal.
