Back in stock - Liposomal Glutathione in liquid form.

Glutathione, often called the "master antioxidant," is naturally produced by the body.

It offers a wide range of health benefits due to its unique properties and roles in various physiological processes.

Some of the key benefits of glutathione:

  • Antioxidant Properties: Glutathione is a potent antioxidant that helps combat oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals. This can reduce cellular damage and is thought to play a role in aging and numerous conditions.
  • Detoxification: It plays a crucial role in detoxifying harmful substances in the body. By binding to toxins and heavy metals, glutathione aids in their removal from the body, thereby supporting liver health and overall detoxification processes.
  • Immune System Support: Glutathione supports the immune system. It helps in the proliferation of lymphocytes, which are cells vital for your body's immune response, thereby enhancing its ability to fight off infections and diseases.
  • Skin Health: Some studies suggest that glutathione may benefit skin health. It's often used for its skin brightening and anti-melanogenic properties and may improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles.
  • Reducing Inflammation: Glutathione can help reduce cellular inflammation, a root cause of many chronic diseases. Modulating the inflammatory response may help manage conditions associated with chronic inflammation.
  • Anti-aging Benefits: By reducing oxidative stress and improving detoxification, glutathione can contribute to slowing down the aging process, promoting longevity, and improving overall health.
  • Improvement in Psychiatric and Neurological Disorders: Some research indicates that glutathione could have benefits in managing psychiatric and neurological disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and Parkinson’s disease, due to its role in protecting neural cells from oxidative damage.
  • Supports Athletic Performance: Glutathione may help enhance athletic performance and recovery. It reduces oxidative stress and muscle damage induced by exercise, potentially improving endurance and muscle recovery.

It's important to note that while the body naturally produces glutathione, levels can be depleted by factors such as poor diet, pollution, toxins, medications, stress, aging, and illness. Supplements, like liposomal glutathione, are often used to help maintain optimal levels in the body.

Our formula encapsulates glutathione in liposomes – tiny, nano-sized bubbles made from the same material as your cell membranes. This advanced technology ensures maximum absorption and bioavailability, delivering the antioxidant directly to your cells where it's needed most.

Key Features of TWB Liposomal Glutathione:

  • High Potency: Each serving offers a significant dose of glutathione, promoting optimal cellular function.
  • Enhanced Absorption: The liposomal delivery system bypasses the digestive process, ensuring more glutathione reaches your cells.
  • Superior Quality: Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, ensuring product integrity and purity.
  • Pleasant Taste: Enjoyable and easy to take
  • Versatility: Perfect for individuals with dietary restrictions, our product is non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free.

  • Glutathione also helps by recycling other antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E.
Since glutathione contains cysteine, it also plays a role in transporting this amino acid throughout the body for different metabolic functions.
Supporting a healthy detoxification process of both endogenous and environmental toxins is another critical function of glutathione in the body. Because of its role in detoxification, high concentrations of glutathione naturally exist in the liver. Hepatocytes can have as much as ten times the amount of reduced or active glutathione (GSH) than other cells.
What is not as well known is that the lungs also have a high amount of glutathione. Epithelial cells in the lining of the lung secrete glutathione which helps with gas exchange.
The mitochondria are the producers of cellular energy, or ATP in the body.  Glutathione, in its role as an antioxidant, supports healthy mitochondrial function. Therefore, glutathione has a role in supporting healthy cellular energy production in the body.
One of the other functions not as well known about glutathione is its role in promoting healthy natural killer cell function. It also has a role in supporting T cell function. By increasing T cells, it increases the production of cytokines that support the immune system.  A recently published research study demonstrated that liposomal glutathione had a profound effect on natural killer cell function (the front line of the immune system).

Due to its critical roles in the body, glutathione is an essential nutrient for all of us.  The stress of daily life, exposure to environmental toxins, physical overexertion, physical & mental stress, as well as an overworked and underperforming immune system all elevate oxidative stress, increasing the need for maintaining healthy levels of antioxidants such as glutathione. Glutathione levels also decrease as we age, with the largest decline taking place in the brain.  The liver and lungs also require significant glutathione to perform in a healthy manner.
